Today we are going to start planning our very own story inspired by ‘the dog, the mole, the fox and the horse.

I have attached a blank storyboard below. Although we are going to be planning and writing the whole story in the next few weeks, today I would like you to just think about the beginning of your story.

How do stories start? Can you introduce and describe your characters? Where is your story set? Where do they live? What is the climate like? Use what you have learnt in Geography this term, will there be any extreme weather in your story?

Use the different boxes on the storyboard to illustrate your story, add labels and a brief note below to explain your drawing.
