Tortilla Recipe
2 cups of masa harina corn flour
1 1/2 cups of hot water
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients well and form a ball. Knead the dough for 2 minutes. Leave the dough in a bowl covered with a wet teacloth for 10 minutes. Share the dough into 2 tablespoon balls and roll each ball into a tortilla. Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan and heat the dough for 2 or 3 minutes or until the tortilla is golden.
